A low-rise building that borrows its front garden from the park across the road — two calm homes to a level in Koelnagar.

Each level pairs a 2 BHK with a study (1,120 square feet) with a 3 BHK (1,350 square feet), both Vaastu-compliant and planned for cross-ventilation.

The building keeps a deliberately calm register: warm plaster tones, planted balconies on every floor, and a green roof with sit-outs designed for small gatherings.
